Production time (not shipping)
2–3 business days — print / handling / handmade finish before the parcel is handed to the carrier. This is not shipping time and is not a shipping fee.
Shipping transit time (not production)
5–7 business days — carrier transit after handover. Does not include production time. Transit is free under the seller-paid shipping policy above.
Total door-to-door estimate is production + transit (not a single merged number).
On-delivery inspection & COD
When your order arrives, you may inspect the goods on the spot before completing payment.
- Video required: please record a continuous unboxing / inspection video from the moment the package is received until the check is finished. Keep the seal and packaging visible.
- COD only after acceptance: cash on delivery (COD) is paid only after you have inspected the item and are satisfied with it. COD is for the product price; shipping remains free (seller-paid).
- If something is wrong (damage, wrong size/edition, missing item), refuse the order and contact us with the video via email or Zalo — see our refund policy.
